Clean Light Lines
for Brighton Rooflines and Main Street Brick

Christmas Light Installation results in Brighton CO

Brighton’s Main Street is lined with one- and two-story brick storefronts that suit holiday lighting along their façades and windows. In nearby neighborhoods such as Brighton Crossing and Prairie Center, homes have a mix of consistent two-story rooflines and ranch-style designs. Holiday Lights Denver creates and installs displays for both downtown businesses and local homes. Whether you’re on Main Street or in Brighton Crossing, call us at (303) 931-7300 and we’ll take it from there.

Residential and Commercial Christmas Light Installation
Across Brighton

Brighton work splits two ways. We build custom displays for homes, and we light storefronts and community entrances across the city. The crew and the full-season service are the same on both; what changes is the scale and the schedule.

Residential Christmas Light Installation From Rooflines to Acreage Driveways

Residential work is custom, not catalog. We light the roofline, wrap the trees, hang the wreaths, and stake the grounds — a full-property design or something simple and nice, whatever the house calls for. Out on acreage at the city’s edges, a display is as likely to be a long driveway run as a roofline. Choose warm white, single color, multi-color, or RGB, on a timer set to your schedule. Custom trees and rented wreaths, reindeer, and yard décor go up with the same display — see Custom Tree Lighting and Wreath & Holiday Décor Rentals. Timer-set patio string lighting is available for backyards.

Commercial Christmas Light Installation for Main Street and Community Entrances

On the commercial side, every display is built on site from commercial-grade LED. We run it in the colors the property wants and on its own timer schedule. Then we map it, so we can maintain it all season and rebuild it the same way next year. The work covers a lot of property types. We light brick storefronts and restaurants along Main Street, including the blocks around Founders Plaza. We also take on large commercial buildings and public spaces, recreation facilities, and restaurants running several locations under one owner. We also light HOA and community entrances out in Brighton Crossing, and property-managed sites along Prairie Center Parkway. Timelines depend on scale and elevation, and we plan scheduling and access directly with property managers and multi-location owners. A commercial display can run past Christmas, commonly to the end of January, and some sites keep it up for about three months.

Why Brighton Businesses and Homeowners
Choose Our Displays

A few things set our displays apart, and they hold whether we’re on a storefront or a front porch.

Built for Big

Historic downtown districts, overhead street lighting, trees pushing fifty feet. We design and install at a scale most holiday lighting companies won’t take on. Our owner is on site for every large, technical install. If your property in Brighton needs a lift, a crew, and a real plan, that is the kind of project we come for.

Every Display Built on Site

Nothing we hang comes out of a box. We build the whole display on site and shape it to your property. That is what makes it your design rather than a kit. You pick the look: warm white, single color, multi-color, or RGB. It is made for your roofline in Brighton, not pulled off a shelf to fit.

Commercial-Grade LED, Supplied by Us

We supply every light we install, down to the last strand: commercial-grade LED in C9, C7, and mini-light tree wraps. It is one uniform system, mapped and inventoried as ours. The display looks the same on the last night of the season as it did on the first, a single consistent look instead of a patchwork.

A Full Season of Service, Not a One-Day Install

Your install is the start of the job, not the whole of it. We maintain the display through the season and take it down whenever you are ready. After that, we store it for nine months, climate-controlled, binned, inventoried, and mapped to your property, at no extra charge. Next season starts with a phone call and a display that goes back up exactly as it came down.

Uniformed, CLIPA-Trained Technicians

The people on your roof are our own uniformed, CLIPA-trained technicians, in logoed reflective vests, working safely and on a plan. They are not an unmarked crew someone rounded up last week.

We Stay Until It's Lit

Whenever the timing allows, we set the install so the display comes on while we are still there. We want to see it lit from the street, the way you will, before we pack up.

Displays We Install on Brighton Rooflines,
Trees, and Yards

Every display we build is custom, put together on site from a handful of pieces we mix to fit the property. It is all commercial-grade LED, cut and fitted where it hangs, in whatever color you choose.

C9 and C7 Roofline and Eave Lighting

C9 and C7 Roofline / Eave Lighting

C9 and C7 bulbs are the roofline and eave lights, the bigger, rounded bulbs that outline the top of a house or building. We size each run to the exact edge so the line stays true the whole way across. On Brighton Crossing’s repeating two-story and ranch rooflines, that even outline is what carries the street.

Mini-Light Tree Wraps

Mini lights wrap the trunk and branches of a tree for a dense, warm glow up close. We wrap by hand so the light sits evenly instead of bunching in spots.

Ground-Staked Yard and Edging Lighting

Ground-Staked Yard and Edging Lighting

Ground-staked lighting lines the edges of a yard and the walkways, held in place with stakes pressed into the ground. On the bigger lots at the edge of town, that is often a long driveway run rather than a short border.

Wreath, Reindeer, and Yard Décor Placements

Wreath, Reindeer, and Yard Décor Placements

Lit wreaths, reindeer, and yard décor go up as part of the same display, set where they land best on the property. They are installed with the lights in a single visit.

Color Options: Warm White, Single Color, Multi-Color, RGB

Every display runs in the color you pick: warm white, single color, multi-color, or RGB. That choice sets the whole mood of the front, so we settle it with you before anything goes up.

Lifts handle the high work, and the timers run the on and off each night so you never touch a switch.

How a Brighton Install Goes,
From Photos to Storage

Here is how a Brighton install goes, from the first photos to the bins in storage.

Send Photos and Details

Send us photos of the property, plus a few details: what you want lit, and the colors and timing you have in mind. Estimates are free, and we only need to come out in person for the large or technical jobs.

Get a Written Proposal

We put together a written proposal that lays out the design, the scope, and the price, so you can see the whole plan in one place.

Schedule and Secure

Once you approve it, we set your install date and order and prep the materials. On a larger display, we may ask for a deposit before we order materials and set the date.

Built and Installed on Site

On install day, our technicians build and install the display on site and set the timers. We bring the LED strands in C9, C7, and mini lights, plus lifts for the high work and magnetic mounts where a commercial structure suits them. Custom-cut cords and ground stakes finish the grounds. We aim to finish late enough that the display lights before we leave. Brighton sits on open plains, so wind, not snow load, is the main pull on a display, and we set the attachments for that. We would rather you were home for this and for takedown. It is not required, but it keeps cameras, pets, and gate access from turning into surprises.

Walk-Through and Sign-Off

Before we leave, we walk the finished display with you, and the final payment is settled at completion.

Maintenance Through the Season, Then Takedown

If something goes out on a display we installed, we’re typically back within 24 to 48 hours — and faster when a large display goes dark. When a big display goes dark, we move faster. When you are ready for it to come down, we schedule takedown into a weekly window. That way snow or ice never forces an unsafe removal. Need a specific day, before a party or while you are in town? Tell us and we will plan around it.

Stored and Mapped for Next Season

After takedown, your lights go into logoed, inventoried bins. A map of the property rides with them, the roofline, the arches, where the cord enters the house. Everything sits in a climate-controlled space, and returning customers get an early install slot the next season.

Brighton Christmas Light Installation Pricing,
by the Foot

Displays are priced by the foot, and the price climbs with elevation and how technical the job is. The estimate is free and usually starts from your photos. One thing to know up front: the lights stay ours. You are not buying strands, you are leasing a complete display for the season, and we take it down and store it when the season ends.

  • Starting at $10 per foot, $1,000 minimum for residential installs. The minimum is the entry to a full season of service, said plainly, not a crew on a ladder for an hour.
  • Starting at $15 per foot for commercial installs. Elevation and technical work raise it, and large projects are custom-quoted.
  • Most installations run $1,000 to $5,000, which is where the bulk of projects land.
  • Wreath rentals from $300 to $400, and they count toward the project minimum.
  • Custom quote, $1,000 minimum for custom tree lighting, last-minute installs, and patio lighting, all priced on scale, elevation, and materials.
  • Included with every installation at no extra charge: in-season maintenance, takedown, and climate-controlled storage.

Two ways the price can come down: package pricing when one owner runs several locations, and an early-season discount on installs booked in September and October.

Two Promises That Carry Your Display
Through the Season

No fine print here, just the two promises we make on every display.

We Stand Behind Every Display

We stand behind every display we install, through the season with maintenance, at the end with takedown, and for the next nine months with climate-controlled storage. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right.

Done When You Sign Off

Every install ends with a walk-through and your sign-off. We don’t call it done until you do.

Brighton's Community,
From Main Street to Carmichael Park

Brighton runs on a brick Main Street downtown, with a civic and government core a few blocks over. Around them sit the parks and event grounds where the city gathers through the year. We work all over town. The places that give Brighton its shape are easy to picture once the lights are up:

We take holiday lighting projects across Brighton, including Main Street, Brighton Crossing, and the Prairie Center area.
