Tree Wraps and Gabled Rooflines
Across Centennial

Christmas Light Installation project in Centennial CO

In Willow Creek and Homestead in the Willows, homes in Centennial’s west side neighborhoods sit beneath large, mature trees. A well-planned display can light both the roofline and the trees. In Piney Creek, larger two-story homes with multi-gable fronts call for a different design. Holiday Lights Denver creates and installs displays for both styles of home. Whether you’re near Willow Creek or in Piney Creek, call us at (303) 931-7300 to start planning your display.

Commercial and Residential Christmas Light Installation
in Centennial

Big, large-scale work is where we do our biggest thinking, and homes get that same custom build at whatever size fits. Below is how each one works.

Residential Christmas Light Installation for Centennial Homes

A home display is custom, not catalog, and it brings the roofline, the trees, the grounds, and the wreaths together into one look — simple but nice tree work, or a full-property design, whatever your Christmas spirit calls for. In Homestead in the Willows, where the canopy is heavy, the tree lighting is often the centerpiece. Choose warm white, single color, multi-color, or RGB, on a timer set to your schedule. Custom trees and rented wreaths, reindeer, and yard décor go up with the same display — see Custom Tree Lighting and Wreath & Holiday Décor Rentals. Patio string lighting is available for home patios.

Commercial Christmas Light Installation for Centennial Properties

Commercial displays are built on site in commercial-grade LED, in the colors and on the timer schedule you choose. On suitable metal-framed buildings we use magnetic mounts for a fast, clean install and takedown, and owners with several sites can package them under one plan. We can light downtown and historic districts, with overhead street lighting and street trees. We work on restaurants and quick-service locations, including multi-location owners, and on HOA and community entrances and property-managed communities. We also take on large commercial buildings and public spaces, such as retail centers like The Streets at SouthGlenn, plus recreation and aquatic facilities, event centers, and venues. We coordinate scheduling and access directly with property managers and owners. A display can run through the end of January, or about three months for sites that want it longer.

Why Centennial Customers
Choose Us for Their Display

These are the standards behind every display we put up, commercial or residential.

Built on Site, Never Out of a Box

Nothing we hang comes out of a box. Every display is built on site, lights rolled out, cut to your exact roofline, clipped and bulbed in place, cords and timers set to the schedule you want. Warm white, single color, multi-color, or RGB, it’s your design, made for your property in Centennial. That means it fits the house exactly, not a stock kit stretched to cover it.

We Supply Every Light We Install

We supply every light we install: commercial-grade LED in C9, C7, and mini-light tree wraps. One uniform system, mapped and inventoried, so your display looks the same on the last night of the season as it did on the first. You never have to source, store, or test a thing.

Big Projects With a Lift, a Crew, and a Plan

Historic downtown districts, overhead street lighting, trees pushing fifty feet. We design and install at a scale most holiday lighting companies won’t touch. Our owner is on site for every large, technical install. If your property in Centennial needs a lift, a crew, and a plan, that’s our kind of project. A home display gets the same planning behind it.

Uniformed, CLIPA-Trained Technicians on Your Roof

The people on your roof are our uniformed, CLIPA-trained technicians, in logoed reflective vests, working safely and efficiently, and not an unmarked crew someone found last week. Safety here comes from the people and the gear, not a list of warnings.

The Displays and Lights We Install,
and How Each Goes Up

Every display we put up is built from the same light system, and most of them come together from five pieces. Mix them however the property calls for.

C9 and C7 Roofline and Eave Lighting

C9 and C7 Roofline and Eave Lighting

C9 and C7 are the larger bulbs, and they run along rooflines and eaves. We roll the strand off the spool on site, cut it to length, clip it along the eave, and set each bulb in place. The ranch and split-level homes near SouthGlenn in Cherry Knolls tend to have simple eave lines, which take one clean run.

Mini-Light Tree Wraps

Mini lights wrap around the trunk and branches for a dense, warm glow. In the mature-tree neighborhoods, snow-loaded branches put extra strain on tree wraps, so this is work that has to be done with care.

Ground-Staked Yard and Edging Lighting

Ground-Staked Yard and Edging Lighting

These lights stake into the ground along walks, beds, and yard edges. They frame the whole display at ground level and tie the roofline and the trees together.

Wreath, Reindeer, and Yard Décor Placements

Wreath, Reindeer, and Yard Décor Placements

We hang wreaths over entries and set reindeer and other yard pieces out on the lawn. Each one goes up as part of the display and runs on the same timers as the lights.

Warm White, Single Color, Multi-Color, or RGB

You pick the color. Warm white reads classic and soft. A single color makes a clean statement. Multi-color is the traditional festive look. RGB opens up the full color range for anything in between.

How Your Centennial Installation Goes,
From Photos to Storage

From your first photos to next season’s storage, here is how an installation runs.

Send Photos and Details

Send photos of the property and tell us what you want lit: roofline, trees, wreaths, décor, grounds, plus your colors and timing. The estimate is free and priced from those photos. We only come out in person for large or highly technical projects.

Get a Written Proposal

We send back a written proposal with the design, the scope, and the price. You know exactly what the display is before anything is ordered.

Schedule Your Install

Once you approve it, we set your install date and order and prep the materials. We prefer you’re home for install and takedown. It isn’t required, but it keeps cameras, pets, and access from becoming surprises.

Build and Install on Site

Our technicians roll the lights out, cut and clip them to the roofline, wrap the trees, stake the grounds, and place the wreaths and décor. Then they set the timers to your on and off schedule, on at dusk and off at the hour you choose. We run lifts for elevated work and magnetic mounts on suitable commercial structures. We plan install dates around Front Range weather. Whenever we can, we time the install so the display comes on while the team is still there.

Walk-Through and Final Payment

Before we leave, we walk the lit display with you and settle the balance. The last thing you see is the finished look from the street.

Through the Season, Then Takedown

Through the season, we handle maintenance on anything that needs attention. When you’re ready, end of the holidays or later into January, we take it down. We schedule takedowns into a weekly window so weather never forces an unsafe removal. Need a specific day, before a party, or while you’re in town? Just tell us and we’ll plan around it.

Stored Until Next Season

Your lights go into logoed, inventoried bins, with a map of your property kept alongside them, the roofline, the arches, where the cord enters the house. Everything is stored climate-controlled, and returning customers get an early install slot the next season.

Christmas Light Installation Pricing
in Centennial, Per Foot

We price by the foot, and the price rises with elevation and how technical the build is. The estimate is free and comes from your photos and details. Every project begins at our $1,000 minimum, which is a statement of scope rather than a price tag. Our lights stay ours. You’re not buying strands. You’re leasing a complete display for the season, and we take it down and store it when the season ends.

  • Starting at $10 per foot, $1,000 minimum, for residential displays.
  • Starting at $15 per foot for commercial displays, with elevation and technicality raising it from there.
  • Most installations run $1,000 to $5,000, and larger projects are custom-quoted.
  • Included with every installation at no extra charge: in-season maintenance, takedown, and climate-controlled storage.
  • Wreath rentals from $300 to $400, counting toward your project minimum, with oversized wreaths and larger décor custom-quoted.
  • Custom quote, $1,000 minimum, for custom tree lighting, rush and last-minute installs, and patio lighting.

Larger displays may require a deposit before we order materials and lock your install date. Owners with several sites can ask about multi-location package pricing, and installs booked in September and October qualify for an early-season discount.

Three Promises Behind
Every Display We Install

No fine print here, just promises we keep on the displays we install.

We Stand Behind Every Display

We stand behind every display we install, through the season with maintenance, at the end with takedown, and for the next nine months with climate-controlled storage. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right.

Back Within 24 to 48 Hours

If something goes out on a display we installed, we’re typically back within 24 to 48 hours, and faster when a large display is dark. This covers displays we installed with the lights we supplied.

Done When You Sign Off

Every install ends with a walk-through and your sign-off. We don’t call it done until you do.

Centennial at Christmas,
From Center Park to Civic Center

Centennial has a real civic center of its own, and at the holidays its parks and neighborhoods are where the season shows up. We love bringing that light to the homes and properties across the city and helping the season feel like the season. The places people gather here carry it too.

We take holiday lighting projects across Centennial, including the west-side canopy neighborhoods, Piney Creek, and Cherry Knolls near SouthGlenn.
