Lighting Cherry Hills Village Grounds,
Not Just the Roofline

Christmas Light Installation project in Cherry Hills Village CO

Estate homes often sit behind long driveways, mature trees, and fencing, so holiday lighting can extend well beyond the roofline. Displays may include lights along the driveway and fence, wraps on large trees, and a feature at the entrance, sometimes requiring more lighting than the home itself. Holiday Lights Denver designs and installs displays for the whole property, bringing the grounds, trees, and roofline together. Whether you’re near Cherry Hills Farm Drive or Charlou, call us at (303) 931-7300 to plan your display.

Residential and Commercial Christmas Light Installation
in Cherry Hills Village

We light estate homes and commercial properties here with one team. The same uniformed technicians and the same full-season service go into both, and what changes is the scale and the scheduling.

Residential Christmas Light Installation for Estate Homes

A home display here is fully custom and covers the whole property: the roofline, the trees, the wreaths, and the grounds. Scale is a choice rather than a requirement, so a simple but nice front yard is as welcome as a full-property design. On these estate lots the grounds and the trees usually carry most of it. Choose warm white, single color, multi-color, or RGB, on a timer set to your schedule. Custom trees and rented wreaths, reindeer, and yard décor go up with the same display — see Custom Tree Lighting and Wreath & Holiday Décor Rentals. Bistro-style patio lighting is available for backyards.

Commercial Christmas Light Installation, Planned With Your Property Manager

Commercial work includes a custom display built on site in your colors and set to your timer schedule, with a layout we can maintain all season and recreate next year. We coordinate installation with the property manager or owner, using magnetic mounts on suitable metal structures for a fast, clean installation and takedown. Owners with several sites can manage them all under one plan. We handle downtown and historic districts, restaurants and quick-service locations, HOA and community entrances, property-managed communities, large commercial buildings and public spaces, recreation and aquatic facilities, and event centers and venues. Commercial installations are scheduled from September through November, with access and timing confirmed before the crew arrives.

Why Cherry Hills Village Homeowners
and Managers Choose Us

A full custom display is a different thing from a few strands thrown over a ladder. Here is what goes into every job we take.

Custom-Built On Site

Nothing we hang comes out of a box. Every display is built on site: lights rolled out, cut to your exact roofline, clipped and bulbed in place, cords and timers set to the schedule you want. Warm white, single color, multi-color, or RGB, it’s your design, made for your property in Cherry Hills Village. The design is a collaboration, down to the colors, the timing, the trees, and the wreaths.

Built for Big

Historic downtown districts, overhead street lighting, trees pushing fifty feet. We design and install at a scale most holiday lighting companies won’t touch. Our owner is on site for every large, technical install. If your property in Cherry Hills Village needs a lift, a crew, and a plan, that’s our kind of project. The same planning carries down to a single estate lot.

We Supply Commercial-Grade LED, Every Time

We supply every light we install: commercial-grade LED in C9, C7, and mini-light tree wraps. One uniform system, mapped and inventoried, so your display looks the same on the last night of the season as it did on the first. One system means every bulb matches and every repair fits.

Uniformed, Trained Technicians

The people on your roof are our uniformed, CLIPA-trained technicians, in logoed reflective vests, working safely and efficiently, and not an unmarked crew someone found last week. You know who is on the property, and so do your neighbors.

We See It Lit Before We Leave

We schedule installs so the display comes on while we’re still there. We want to see it lit, from the street, the way you will. Anything off gets caught and fixed on the spot, not on a return trip a week later.

Display and Light Types We Install,
Rooflines to Tree Wraps

Every display we build is assembled from commercial-grade LED we supply, mixed and matched to the property. Here is what one is built from.

C9 and C7 Roofline and Eave Lighting

C9 and C7 Roofline and Eave Lighting

We run C9 and C7 bulbs along rooflines and eaves. The strands are rolled out and cut to your exact roofline on site, then clipped and bulbed in place. On the one- and two-story homes here, the roofline is often the smaller share of the whole display.

Mini-Light Tree Wraps

We wrap mini lights around trunks and branches for a dense, warm glow. The tall mature trees on these wooded lots take lift work, and that is part of the plan.

Ground-Staked Yard and Edging Lighting

Ground-Staked Yard and Edging Lighting

We set lights on ground stakes along edges and through the yard to outline the grounds after dark. On these lots the runs stretch down long driveways and fence lines to reach the far corners of the property.

Wreath, Reindeer, and Yard Décor Placements

Wreath, Reindeer, and Yard Décor Placements

We place lit wreaths and hang them with the display, and we stake reindeer and yard décor on the lawn. These pieces work well out front, where the property first meets the street.

Warm White, Single Color, Multi-Color, or RGB

You pick the color look for the display, from a steady warm white to full RGB. Every light runs on a timer set to the on and off schedule you want. Lifts handle the elevated work and the tallest trees.

How Your Cherry Hills Village Display Goes
From Photos to Storage

From the first message to storage after the season, here is how the work runs.

Send Photos and Details

The estimate is free and mostly done from photos. Send us what you want lit, the roofline, trees, wreaths, décor, and grounds, along with your colors and your timing. On-site visits are reserved for the large or highly technical projects.

Get Your Written Proposal

We send back a written proposal that lays out the design, the scope, and the price.

Set the Install Date

We set your install date, then order and prep the materials for your display.

Custom Build and Install

Our technicians roll the lights off the spool, cut and clip them on site, wrap the trees, stake the grounds, and hang the wreaths. Lifts come out where the work calls for them. On these estate lots the build includes long cord runs across open lawns to reach the trees, the edging, and the entry features. We prefer you’re home for install and takedown. It isn’t required, but it keeps cameras, pets, and access from becoming surprises.

Timers Set and Sign-Off

We set the timers to your on and off schedule, on at dusk and off when the house goes to bed. Then we walk the finished display with you and get your sign-off. Final payment is settled at completion.

Through the Season

If anything goes dark during the season, call us and we come back and handle it.

Takedown

We schedule takedowns into a weekly window so weather never forces an unsafe removal. Need a specific day, before a party, or while you’re in town? Just tell us and we’ll plan around it.

Storage and Next Season

Everything comes down and goes into climate-controlled storage with your display map. Returning customers are offered early install scheduling for the next season.

Christmas Light Installation Pricing
in Cherry Hills Village, by the Foot

Pricing runs by the foot, and it climbs with height and with how technical the install is. The estimate is free and usually done from photos. Every installation starts at a $1,000 minimum. That minimum covers a full-season service: custom design, install, in-season maintenance, takedown, and nine months of climate-controlled storage, not just a crew on a ladder. Our lights stay ours. You’re not buying strands; you’re leasing a complete display for the season, and we take it down and store it when the season ends.

  • Starting at $10 per foot, $1,000 minimum for residential Christmas light installation.
  • Starting at $15 per foot for commercial Christmas light installation, climbing with elevation and complexity.
  • Most installations run $1,000 to $5,000.
  • Wreath rentals from $300 to $400, which count toward the $1,000 minimum. Oversized wreaths and larger décor pieces are quoted custom.
  • Custom quote, $1,000 minimum for custom tree lighting, rush and last-minute installs, and patio lighting.
  • Included with every installation at no extra charge: in-season maintenance, end-of-season takedown, and annual climate-controlled storage on displays we install.
  • Larger displays may require a deposit before we order materials and lock your install date.

A couple of ways to save: owners with several sites can package them for multi-location pricing, and installs booked in September or October qualify for early-season pricing.

Two Promises We Make
on Every Cherry Hills Village Display

There is no fine print here, just two plain commitments on every display we install.

We Stand Behind Every Display

We stand behind every display we install, through the season with maintenance, at the end with takedown, and for the next nine months with climate-controlled storage. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right. This applies to displays we installed with lights we supplied.

Done When You Sign Off

Every install ends with a walk-through and your sign-off. We don’t call it done until you do.

Lighting Up Cherry Hills Village's
Estate Neighborhoods

It is a small town with its own civic heart, estate-and-equestrian through and through. We bring the season to properties built at exactly that scale. A few of the places that anchor the village:
