A continuous row of brick storefronts gives Main Street in historic downtown Littleton its character. Nearby neighborhoods feature ranch-style and split-level homes with simple eave lines. Holiday Lights Denver designs and installs displays for both, from downtown storefronts to family homes a few blocks away. Whether you’re lighting a shop on Main Street or a home in Ridgewood, call us at (303) 931-7300 to get started on your design.
Most of what we do is commercial and large-scale, though we do just as much beautiful work on homes. Either way, you get the same custom build and the same full-season service from one team.
A home display is fully custom: roofline, trees, wreaths, and grounds, designed to whatever your Christmas spirit calls for — a simple, clean tree-and-roofline look or a full-property design. On the established streets in the Woodlawn area near Littleton Boulevard, that full-season design is what most homeowners are after. Choose warm white, single color, multi-color, or RGB, on a timer set to your schedule. Wrapped trees, signature centerpieces, and rented wreaths, reindeer, and yard décor go up with the same display — see Custom Tree Lighting and Wreath & Holiday Décor Rentals. Patio string lighting is available for backyards.
One team designs, installs, maintains, takes down, and stores every commercial display, built on site from commercial-grade LED in your colors and on your timer schedule. We are set up for the kinds of properties Littleton has. That starts with downtown and historic districts, overhead street lighting and street trees, like the storefronts and restaurants along Main Street. We also handle restaurants and quick-service locations, and owners who run several sites at once. The list runs to HOA and community entrances, property-managed communities, and large commercial buildings and public spaces, like the open-air retail over in the Aspen Grove area along Santa Fe Drive. Recreation and aquatic facilities and event centers are on it too. For most of these, photos and scope drive the proposal, with an on-site visit reserved for large or highly technical sites. We coordinate install, maintenance, and takedown with your property managers around scheduling and access so a display never gets in the way of business.
A few things hold on every display we build. They are the standards we hold on every install, whether it is a single home or a full district.
Historic downtown districts, overhead street lighting, trees pushing fifty feet. We design and install at a scale most holiday lighting companies won’t touch. Our owner is on site for every large, technical install. If your property in Littleton needs a lift, a crew, and a plan, that’s our kind of project. The planning happens before a single strand goes up.
Nothing we hang comes out of a box. Every display is built on site. Lights rolled out, cut to your exact roofline, clipped and bulbed in place, cords and timers set to the schedule you want. Warm white, single color, multi-color, or RGB, it’s your design, made for your property in Littleton. That is why there are no gaps, no dark spots, and no extra strand bunched at the corners.
We supply every light we install: commercial-grade LED in C9, C7, and mini-light tree wraps. One uniform system, mapped and inventoried, so your display looks the same on the last night of the season as it did on the first. It means the whole display is one consistent system rather than a patchwork.
The people on your roof are our uniformed, CLIPA-trained technicians, in logoed reflective vests, working safely and efficiently, and not an unmarked crew someone found last week. That matters most to an HOA or a property manager with residents and customers watching the work go up.
We schedule installs so the display comes on while we’re still there. We want to see it lit, from the street, the way you will. Anything off gets caught that evening, not on your first night with the lights on.
Every display is custom-fit to the property and built from commercial-grade LED. You can mix and match any of the pieces below, in whatever colors suit the look you are after.
These are the larger bulbs, run along rooflines and eaves for the classic outline most people picture. We fit the strand to each line on site and set the timer to the schedule you want. The clean eave lines on Littleton’s ranch and split-level homes make for a crisp, even run.
We wrap trunks and branches with mini lights for a dense, warm glow that reads from the street. The mature trees in Littleton’s older neighborhoods take a wrap well, and we account for branches that carry snow through the winter.
We stake lights into the ground to edge walkways, beds, and yard lines, giving the display a base that ties the whole property together.
Lit wreaths go over entrances, reindeer and yard pieces go on the lawn, and each is placed and powered as part of the same install. It is all set up with your lights and comes down with them.
You have four color styles to choose from. Run one across the whole display, or mix them by area, warm white on the roofline and multi-color in the trees.
Here is how a display comes together, start to finish, with most of it handled before you ever climb a ladder.
The estimate is free and mostly done from photos. Send us images of the property and tell us what you want lit, roofline, trees, wreaths, décor, or grounds, along with your colors and timing. For a large or highly technical site, we will come look in person.
We send back a written proposal laying out the design, the scope, and the price. You see exactly what the display includes before anything is ordered.
Once you approve it, we set your install date and order and prep the materials for your display. Larger displays may require a deposit before we order materials and lock your install date.
Our technicians build the display on site. We bring lifts for tall trees and multi-story work, including in the snow, and use magnetic mounts on suitable metal-framed buildings for a fast, clean install. Cords are cut to length and timers set to the on/off schedule you choose. We also time the work so the lights first switch on before the crew packs up. Littleton’s Candlelight Walk on the Friday after Thanksgiving lines Main Street with lighted displays, so downtown displays go up by Thanksgiving week. We prefer you’re home for install and takedown. It isn’t required, but it keeps cameras, pets, and access from becoming surprises.
Maintenance is included on every display we installed, covering bulbs, timers, and any section that needs attention. If something goes out on a display we installed, we’re typically back within 24 to 48 hours, and faster when a large display is dark.
When you are ready after the holidays, we take it down. January is common, and some displays stay up longer. We schedule takedowns into a weekly window so weather never forces an unsafe removal. Need a specific day, before a party, or while you’re in town? Just tell us and we’ll plan around it.
Your display goes into logoed, inventoried bins, kept with a map of the property that notes the roofline, the arches, and where the cord enters the house. We store it climate-controlled, and returning customers get an early install slot the next season, so year two starts with a phone call.
Displays are priced by the foot, and the rate rises with elevation and technical work. Large or décor-heavy displays are custom-quoted. Here is where it starts.
Every installation starts at a $1,000 minimum. That minimum covers a full-season service, custom design, install, in-season maintenance, takedown, and nine months of climate-controlled storage, not just a crew on a ladder. Our lights stay ours. You’re not buying strands. You’re leasing a complete display for the season, and we take it down and store it when the season ends.
There is no fine print here, just two commitments on every display we install.
Every install ends with a walk-through and your sign-off. We don’t call it done until you do. Final payment settles right there at that sign-off.
We stand behind every display we install, through the season with maintenance, at the end with takedown, and for the next nine months with climate-controlled storage. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right. This applies to displays we installed with lights we supplied.
Littleton has its own downtown core and civic center, and it is a town that turns out for the holidays. We like seeing it lit up as much as anyone, and we know the places that draw people in once the lights are on.
From downtown storefronts to homes in the Woodlawn area and Ridgewood, we take holiday lighting projects across that stretch of Littleton.
A few photos and some details about the property are all it takes to start, and we send a written proposal back. Call us at (303) 931-7300, phones answered 8am to 8pm, and whether it is a Littleton storefront, an HOA entrance, or your own front yard, we will tell you what the display can be.
